Unfortunately, our internal software is designed so that if we have multiple samples for the same customer a single received batch, the software will output all the reports for that customer into a single PDF.
However, separating these reports/ any PDFs is as easy as printing a file!
Adobe and other vendors will software was purposely designed for this tool. However, if you are on a budget: using any web browser/ basic pdf viewing program that can print a pdf, will give you the means to separate it. Open the file in that program, go to print, select the “Print to PDF” or “Save as PDF” as the ‘printer’, then by choosing what custom pages you want to “print”, when the print goes through it will instead separate those pages into a new pdf file.
