Following our announcement that Oil Check Laboratory Services (OCLS) has joined POLARIS Laboratories®, we’re pleased to share the next steps for our customers.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll introduce our online fluid analysis platform, giving you a convenient way to register samples, access reports and review trends. Our team is here to help you get started while continuing to support your testing needs.
What’s new?
- HORIZON® account access: Customers will receive an activation email from eoilreports.com. It will include instructions to activate your HORIZON account and log in. We’ll also share guidance and training opportunities to help you become familiar with the platform.
- Online ordering: The HORIZON Store will be available in November for test kit and sampling supply orders. Until then, please continue ordering through the OCLS Shop.
- Billing information: Please refer to your most recent invoice for current billing and payment details.
What do you need to do now?
Continue collecting and submitting samples using your normal process. We’ll contact customers directly with further updates and any actions needed as the transition progresses.
